Founded in 1998, Courtland Development is a regional development firm with offices in Dallas and Houston. The firm offers both build-to-suit and pre-constructed spec buildings to their clients, with developments including industrial, office and retail. Courtland also acts as managing partner for multiple mixed-use developments totaling in excess of 8 million square feet.

Managing Partner and Founder Jon Napper brings more than 25 years and 18 million square feet of commercial real estate development expertise to Courtland clients. His background includes a Partnership with Panattoni Development, as well as management stints with Alliance Development Company, Champion Property Company and Lincoln Property Company. With his strong background, Mr. Napper's experience and leadership provide Courtland Development clients an assurance of quality and a personal commitment rarely found in the industry.
